Those old prints you'd like to dispose of could be more valuable than your oils. 
 
Prints by Johns, Motherwell, and Close can bring well in excess of $100,000. according to Art and Antiques Magazine who quoted Mary Bartow of Sothebys. 

 
Look out for linocuts, lithographs and engravings, but only buy from reliable sources, and get everything they claim, in writing, including provenance, if possible.

Thanks for the photo. Unfortunately you did not provide the size. Nieman is very prolific and commercial. However you may wish to contact Swann Galleries in New York on 25th Street or William Jenack auctioneers, Chester, NY. telephone: 845-469-9095

Have the size ready. They will probably want to know more nformation. My guess is that it is in the $100 to $200 range.
