Before June ends, Midsummer Nights Swing begins at Lincoln Center on June 26th. It costs money to get on the dance floor but the music on the Plaza outside is FREE.
The Museum of the Jewish Heritage is starting a Mel Brooks film festival on June 27th on Wednesday evenings except July 4th. The Museum is pay what you want from 4-8 and the view of the harbor from the cafe is special.
Discovered this by accident, Marble Collegiate Church (see Spiritual Paths post for great picture) is having a Spoken Word Festival this week starting tonight June 25th. The festival is free but donations are appreciated. The church is beautiful.
For late night movie buffs, the Film Society of Lincoln Center has a midnight Friday night program starting June 29th. It looks great but I'll be asleep.
