Christie's - Nov 2012 - Previews for the 99 percent

Auction previews provide those of us who do not have the means to buy world class art the opportunity to see art that is usually in private ownership before it changes hands via public auction. While doing my "tour not taken" on Nov 5th, I spotted the Andy Warhol auction preview info and returned to Christie's on my way back uptown. The Warhol exhibit is in a 20th floor gallery near Christie's. There is also amazing the art on display for the Impressionist and other auctions in the main galleries. Filter the viewing results for New York here.
