Numerology - Sibling Rivalry

Numerologist Seriita Montiel offers some lessons in numerology as it applies to sibling rivalry:

What’s Missing in Sibling Rivalry?

Family unity Montiel Sibling rivalry is at the pulse of this year. I can’t tell you how many people this year have expressed a concern about their family relationships. Numerically this anxiety holds true. The Universal Year 11 is asking each of us to cooperate with the circumstances and people in our life, in our world. Before the year is over, the Universal 11 will bring enlightenment to all humankind! We’re not asked to give up anything, we’re asked to operate at a higher consciousness, to use our individuality and determination which are symbolic of the two ones in the number eleven, and to establish a new plateau in relationships by reinforcing the power of the two ones which is the number two, symbolized by unity, diplomacy, tact, patience, one accord. Taking into account the powerful vibration of the year is testing each of us for our benevolence and sincerity, where better to start than within our own family structure.

As per Numerology, your birth name and birthday contain the past and present lessons to be learned in this incarnation. Your birth name and birthday influence what happens during the course of your lifetime. With the purpose of learning those lessons, we have to come across people unlike ourselves and/or circumstances that fall beyond our scope of understanding. And your family provides that atmosphere. For instance, in your formative years, in order to learn the lesson of solidarity, you’re born into a family where some or all of the members are stubborn and inflexible. This forces you to make choices, hopefully wise choices that don’t cripple your growth but choices that reinforce the high quality characteristics you already have. You always have choice, you can be considerate and loving while standing your ground, lash out, go toe-to-toe because you want your way, or don’t want them not to have theirs, or you can become a doormat, sensitive and frequently changing direction to meet others demands.

That’s the splendor of the universe we are always given choice. Mankind has been living out of balance for numerous years, so much so that we no longer recognize the value of a balanced life. Self-absorption, stubbornness, greed, overdoing things, envy and dysfunctional families make up the core of our existence. This year, the universe is preparing each of us by given us the power to change our environment, our way of thinking, we have the opportunity for spiritual expansion, to awaken to a new standard of living, a new realization of Self.

Because of the “awakening,” people are openly expressing a concern about family relationships. I’ll give you a quick tool to help you relate to your family members. Bear in mind that the missing numbers (letters) may be found elsewhere in a person’s Blueprint but generally speaking, if you take a quick review of the birth names (a maiden name for women) of your family members (first, middle, last); if someone is missing the letter’s B, K and/or T, you’re in their life to help her/him learn how to work with others, to encourage patience, cooperation, submission, and tolerance. If your parents, spouse or companion is missing the letter’s F, O, and/or X, you’re in their life to help her/him to learn how to be a better parent, marriage partner, or companion, to encourage them to willingly accept family and home responsibilities, and to watch over the family without being domineering and/or intimidating.

It truly does take a village; family, friends, coworkers, employers, etc. to help us transform our life, alter our way of thinking. My motto has always been “know the players and how they play the game!” The more you appreciate and recognize your family’s divine lessons; you become more at ease with them and find peace within yourself. But, a word of warning, before you open the closet to search for your halo, the lessons to be learned may be intended for you!

2009 - A Lucky Year?

Happy April Fool's Day. I found this article on dates - square and square roots - and am thinking that despite the deep recession, maybe 2009 will be a lucky year after all.

According to USA Today, it seems that April Fool's Day is a "square date."

"This is not to be confused with 'Square Root Day,' which we had on March 3, 2009 (3/3/09 is 3 x 3 = 9, get it? 3 is the square root of 9). Rather, square dates are dates, where if you write out all the digits, have whole-number square roots.

So, today, April 1, 2009, is 04/01/2009, or 4012009, which has 2003 as a square root (2003 x 2003 = 4,012,009). Weird. Hopefully that means today is a lucky day. Stranger still, today is actually the second "square date" of 2009 -- March 1, 2009 has a whole-number square root -- 1747 x 1747 = 3,052,009. It's rare to have two square dates in a single year, and in fact, the next square-date April Fool's Day won't happen until 6016 (2004 x 2004 = 4,016,016). So, how many shopping days until then?

Meanwhile, back in 2009, it happens that "this century has the highest number of square dates, a total of 24," than any between the years 1000 and 9999. Oh, and in 1864, mathematician Augustus De Morgan worked out "that 1849, the year of his 43rd birthday, was the square of his age at the time (43 x 43 = 1,849)."

Angel Numbers 101

Angel numbers Doreen Virtue is the author of several fascinating new age books. One, Angel Numbers 101: The Meaning of 111, 123, 444, and Other Number Sequences, set a new standard for translating the language of angels into our everyday life. (That is, if you believe that angels communicate to us through numbers or any other way.) Her philosophy is as follows:

One of the most common ways in which angels speak to us is by showing us repetitive number sequences. Since the publication of her best-selling book Angel Numbers, Doreen Virtue has received even more information from the angels about the meaning of number sequences such as 111, 444, 1234, and so forth.

Angel Numbers 101 clearly explains how to receive accurate messages from your angels and heavenly loved ones whenever you see repetitive number sequences on telephone numbers, license plates, receipts, clocks, and such. Every message is completely updated for increased accuracy in understanding your angels’ messages.

I know someone who uses this book daily and receives sage advice from the interpretations. Who knows what can work for you?

And if you want a monthly online reference chart of Angel numbers by astrology sign, please check out Gary Paul Frese's website Angel Guidance. Gary's site is inspired by Virtue's book and is interpreted and written by Frese.

Sir Isaac Newton and Numerology

Isaac Sometimes I learn something from broadcast television. Like on the show Numbers with a throwaway line that says that Sir Issac Newton was a numerologist and that he used numerology to predict the apocolypse. Hmmm.

So I checked the internet and guess what? Sir Isaac Newton was a great scientist (who discovered gravity and proved that the sun was the center of our galaxy instead of the earth) as well as a renowned mathematician. But he was also, by extension, adept in numerology and even dabbled in prophesy. According to the book "Temple At The Center of Time: Newton's Bible Codex Finally Deciphered and the Year 2012" by David Flynn, Newton tried to find predictive answers in the Bible and predicted that the end of times would occur in 2012 and the return of Christ in 2060.

Newton was also a fan and defender of astrology who, in retort to someone who ridiculed Newton's belief in astrology said, "Sir, I believe in astrology because I have studied the subject. You do not because you have not!" It has been said that Newton, as an alchemist and researcher of the Philosopher Stone, always maintained a discreet silence on the subject of divination and alchemy. Probably a good philosophy even today....

Newton was born on December 25, 1642 making him a sun sign Capricorn. It is fitting that we recognize his deep knowledge, ability to strategically reach conclusions and his life of struggle and eventual triumph as Capricron traits before the Sun leaves Capricorn on January 21st and enters Aquarius.
