Ordinarily, the Super Bowl has less commercial clutter than the typical primetime program. The average prime series has about 29% of its total telecast time devoted to commercials and promos. Super Bowl XLV came in at just 26% - 3 percentage points less than last year’s contest. That’s because last year’s game was unusually short, and it contained an extremely high promo load.

A lot of people have tuned into the Superbowl for the last several years FOR the commercials rather than the game. I know I do.
I'd rather watch a game at the stadium. I was able to get some Belk Bowl tickets from http://amazonticketsonline.com/Belk-Bowl. Why wait for the commericals?

The R.C. LaPerche Elementary School in Smithfield, RI is participating in a PACK Week chllaenge. (Pack Assorted Colors For Kids). Students are being chllaenged to include fruits and vegetables that are the designated color of the day . Our Super Bowl Challenge will be to include a rainbow of fruits and vegetables as part of Super Bowl refreshments.
