Eric rosner Illustrating in NYC for over 20 years, Eric Rosner has a unique style that recaptures a classic period of Manhattan and presents it for a new participating audience. Ink marker is used to create stunning iconic structures from a golden era. This process is combined with digital enhancements that complete a singular vision to showcase New York City's most eloquent inhabitants.

His canvas prints grab the attention of the on-looker as an awe inspiring tribute to to golden age with a modern twist for today. "I get lost in the the moment when a piece comes to life. You find yourself thinking of all the people who have grace the grand Metropolis and these buildings have housed them all. Whether it was epic business transaction, stunning scientific discoveries or grand entertainment showcasing, the city of New York has a unique tale of histories. With my artwork, I hope you can imaging a stunning time period over a century ago when the imagination ran wild and magnificent structures soared to the sky."

Travis Lampe

Travis Lampe grew up in a small town in Kansas. After earning a degree in Graphic Design, he took a job in advertising as an art director in Chicago. While making ads for breakfast cereals and well known purveyors of inexpensive furniture over a period of several years, he secretly began “developing his illustration style,” which is not the same thing as “procrastinating.” Finally, when he felt the world was ready, he began his slow explosion onto the art and illustration scene, as it were. He currently lives and works in Chicago.

Richard Ansett Adopted from birth and with no knowledge of my genetic or personal family history, my interest in the world stems from a sense that I am an outsider looking in.

Without this genetic element, I consider behavior as a product of environmental forces. All aspects of our personality are shaped by the interaction between the social and political landscape and can be read visually.

My process is defined by a lack of collaboration; the subject is complicit but not aware of the process, exposing their relationship to the world.

Emotions within us are manifest in momentary glimpses of the lives of others and can be an exploration of the limits of ourselves. We are mostly exposed to similar emotional experiences, it is how we deal with these emotions that define us as individuals.


Joan Reutershan

Joan reutershan Joan Reutershan is a true New York based and New York inspired artist.

She is a cityscape painter residing in Brooklyn, New York. Her paintings focus on the vernacular New York of Brooklyn and Manhattan, though she occasionally paints images of iconic New York sites. In 2009 the Main Gallery of the Florida School of the Arts in Palatka, Florida presented a one-artist show of oil paintings and photographs by Reutershan entitled New York at Eye Level.

Other recent one-person shows include Chromatic New York at the Watchung Arts Center in Watchung, New Jersey in 2008; Adjacencies: Cityscapes of Boroklyn and Manbattan at Art at First Gallery in Manhattan, New York in 2006 and Arrangements: Paintings of Brooklyn and Manhattan in A.R.T. Brooklyn’s Gallery Three in 2005. Venues of group shows exhibiting Reutershan’s work are, among others: The Brooklyn Arts Council Gallery, Cork Gallery at Lincoln Center, CB Richard Ellis at 140 Broadway (curated by the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council), Tower 49 Skylobby Gallery in Manhattan, Flinn Gallery in Greenwich, Connecticut, Studio Six at Gateway National Recreation Area in Queens, and Simon Liu Gallery and Eleven-Ten Gallery, both in Brooklyn.

The vernacular urban fabric of New York City, the metaphorical language of paint/space, and the construction of vision in the artist/observer—these interests spiral through my work.
