This year seems unusually quiet. There was a very good article in the NY Times a few days ago about volunteers scrubbing the "Sphere' before the anniversary . The nearby Museum of the Jewish Heritage is open for free with suggested donation. I did not get around to organizing a fundraising tour as part of the notion of Day of Service. I will be attending morning services at my synagogue and I hope to see the Towers of Light in the evening.
There are several posts on my blog about Sept 11th. Sept 10, 2001 Sept 11, 2001 Sept 11, 2009

While cleaning my apartment, I discovered these cartoons from around the country that the New York Times published on the Sunday after Sept 11th. Still quite interesting with hindsight.
