After Sunday's showing of Casablanca on the Big Screen at United Palace of Cultural Arts, this is my newest favorite Movie Palace. It's a bit easier to get to than Loews Jersey but it doesn't have the same skyline view. The interior is magnificent.
I will leave the details and photos of this event to my tourguide and photographer friend Hans Von Rittern. A Guide Named Sue would combine a performance here with a visit to The Cloisters or the Hispanic Society or a Noshwalk with tour guide friend Myra Alperson who was also at the event.
Just know that The Muppets Take Manhattan on the Big Screen here in January and A Guide Named Sue will take you there...more info when details are known.
