I have a confession to make ... err but I forget what it is. Forgetfulness may have its advantages sometimes but usually it is an annoyance and even a bit scary. And as we age (ahem) our ability to remember may take a steep decline. I stumbled on this great blog called Boomergirl which has a sprituality section. There I found a great article - exercises for improving your memory. This includes physical exercise, good healthy food and even computer games.
Boomergirl also has articles on holistic ways of lowering your blood pressure, the miracle that is aspirin and even an article about faith healing. But will that remove wrinkles.....?
