I know this is supposed to be a joke but humor is found in situations that resonate in real life. And there are too many "psychics' out there who profess to be able to predict the future. My philosophy about astrology (and tarot too) is that it does not predict the future. We all have free will to make decisions that can impact our future all by ourselves. However the value of astrology and tarot is that they work like guidemaps to help illuminate the path ahead. We still have to decide on the direction and the speed but isn't it nice to know when there might be a detour or a pothole or a rare opportunity to proceed more quickly?
 
As one of my favorite astrologers, Bob Marks, always says, "Astrology is not fate. Astrology is like headlights in a car. You turn them on at night to see the road ahead of you. Driving without your car lights on a night? Now that is fate!"
