Darrin Zeer wrote the book on Office Yoga: Simple Stretches for Busy People which is a godsend for those of us burdened with day to day office stress. Take for example his meditative approach to emails which is in the book called Email Meditation. I get tons of emails every day - so much so that the very idea of opening up my inbox creates all sorts of stress. I stress no more.
Darrin says the way to email bliss is the following:
"While reading your email, remember to breathe slowly and focus your attention on your breath. Make th eout-breath two times longer than the in-breath. This will immediatley calm you"
I think that will work well.... unless the email is from your HR department.....LOL
