Does the Smell of Citrus Lower Street Fights?
In Stratumseind, a street in the Dutch city of Eindhoven known for its nightlife, cylinders on lamposts and balconies dispense aromatherapy to deter brawls. Now as some groups feel the need to protest in the streets, maybe a splash of citrus will calm them down.
