It is certainly the dog (and cat) days of August! Sun in Leo makes your pets charming and full of fun. But watch out -- they may need much, much more attention. Well... okay!

ARIES (MARCH 21 - APRIL 20)
Aries pets are even more playful than usual in August. Give them plenty of space to roam but also keep a watchful eye on their activities. They could get into mischief. Warn the neighbors!
TAURUS (APRIL 21 - MAY 21)
If your Taurus pet is more interested in alone time this August, let them have it. Call it a recharging of their batteries or just plain laziness. Let them have an area of the house that is theirs so they can feel “independent.”
GEMINI (MAY 22 - JUNE 21)
Where are you? Gemini pets are under the radar. You can find them hiding in their favorite spots or sneaking around the corners away from sight. A case of shyness? I bet you can tempt them out with a treat.... err make that several treats.
CANCER (JUNE 22 - JULY 23)
Spoil your Cancer pet this August with a new toy. Play with them and chase them around the house. They respond well to extra stimulation and can be persuaded to exercise. This the best way to do so. Well, the only way!
LEO (JULY 24 - AUGUST 23)
The feisty Leo energy cannot be suppressed this August. Keep your Leo pets on a tight leash and watch for any open doors and windows. Let them know that they are the best and they will be happy to stay close to you through the month.
VIRGO (AUGUST 24 - SEPTEMBER 23)
Virgo pets are on a mission whether it’s collecting all their insects into a corner or arranging your chewed shoes under the bed. They are very organized and love to keep an inventory. Let’s hope it’s not on your pillow.
LIBRA (SEPTEMBER 24 - OCTOBER 23)
Give Libra pets something to keep their mind off their wanderlust. They are sexy and very active. There is no telling where they will go and what mischief they will get into. Hello Mom and Dad!
SCORPIO (OCTOBER 24 - NOVEMBER 22)
Scorpio pets are interested in being with another furry or scaly friend all through August. Arrange some play dates for them. If their friends are scare, an extra cuddle or treat from you couldn’t hurt.
SAGITTARIUS (NOVEMBER 23 - DECEMBER 22)
Be sure to give your Sadge pet a bit more grooming this August. Maybe its the weather, maybe it’s their energy level but you can make them more comfortable and happy with a bath or a brush. Check their diet too.
CAPRICORN (DECEMBER 23 - JANUARY 20)
Cap pets may hit into things around the house. Watch out for possible breakage and keep a careful eye on anything that is fragile or irreplaceable. Let them roam the rumpus room and create a rumpus there.
AQUARIUS (JANUARY 21 - FEBRUARY 19)
Aquarius pets are fun loving and full of love this August. Will you be the lucky recipient? They are raring to go! Lucky you! Let them roam the house or backyard to diffuse some of that frantic merriment.
PISCES (FEBRUARY 20 - MARCH 20)
Pisces pets may move their favorite things around or find a new special hiding place to stash their loot. They can be very imaginative. Try setting up a mirror for them to peer into. Who’s that???
