When you’re making your plans be sure to give some thought to your pet's comfort and safety. If you are going by car here's Top Ten Tips for Safe Car Travel with Your Pet. If you are going by airplane here's Top Ten Tips for Safe Air Travel with Your Pet. A good book that can help you plan is Traveling With Your Pet, 12th Edition: The AAA Petbook.
