Gil Croy has embarked on an unusual art project - using the human body as a canvas. You can say that the human body itself is a work of art, but Gil goes one step further with some beautiful and amazing results. Perhaps he is improving on perfection? You be the judge.
Chris Tanner's epic play, The Etiquette of Death is being performed at La Mama through July 1, 2012. Do not miss it. It stars Mr. Tanner and the incomparable Everett Quinton, who plays Death in all her glory in a blue mask and fright wig. Everett was part of the seminal Ridiculous Theater Company .
Might I add that Everett lights up the stage and steals the show - he is the best Death anyone could imagine. Oh, did I mention that it is a musical with live music?
