About Rob Frydlewicz

Collecting and analyzing weather data has been a hobby of mine since I was in the 6th grade.  That's when my class was assigned a science project in which we recorded the weather conditions for a month (in Pittsburgh), and from that time on I was hooked by the wonders of weather.  I even planned on majoring in Meteorology when I attended Penn State University.  Alas, I didn’t think I’d make it through all of the physics classes required so I switched majors (to Advertising).  Nevertheless, I never lost my fascination with all things meteorological and I've become an expert on the weather and climate of New York City.  Rather than keep this hobby to myself, I’m sharing the wealth of data I've compiled over the years with my fellow weather fanatics.
